California trip

I’m finally blogging about the rest of the California trip. I could write a novel about our trip, but I’m going to make it brief. (I don’t have much time and I know half of you have already lived this and the other half probably don’t care to have all the nitty-gritty details:).
There was something planned everyday. It was so fun, and yet so tiring. Here is a list of some things we did: BBQ with extended family, boating at lake Camanche with the Meyer’s, Stinson Beach, seminary and high school reunion, dart tournaments, roasted marshmallows and told stories around a fire pit, a trip to Ikea, and a BBQ at my brothers house. Somehow we fit swimming in there almost daily and stayed up late most nights playing games. We had a WONDERFUL time with everyone and look forward to the next time we can all be together again. Here are some pictures (I wish I got pictures of my parents and more of the rest of the adults).

Your pictures turned out great! I like the tubing ones- mine all blurred. I think that these trips are awesome. My kids will remember having a blast with their extended family- it will be childhood memories that they cherish! It was great to see you guys, give Allie a kiss for us!

I love those photos. Didn’t have any of the beach or lake. So I downloaded them into my computer. Love the one of all 11 at the beach. It sure looks like you guys had fun. We’ll have to do it again. Love you and miss my Allie.

Those are great pictures. I love playing on the water. Allie looks so concerned for her crying cousin too.
